Crawford Gillespie was listed as the father of Gillespie who was born July 4, 1903 in Carmine, Fayette County, Texas. The mother was listed as Claudie Gillespie.[2]
Joseph Crawford Gillespie was listed as the father of Len Randolph Gillespie who was born May 21, 1906 in Carmine, Fayette County, Texas. The mother was listed as Claudia Avesta Thigpen.[3]
