Biography

John was born in 1862. He is the son of Christian Glunz and Elizabeth Ungethum.

He moved with his parents and siblings to Indiana by 1870.

By 1880, they were living in San Francisco.

By 1900, John had married Margaret (born Dec 1864; possibly maiden name McCulloch) by whom he had:

• Walter, b Jan 1885; d 2 Nov 1943; m 1909 Hazel R Crimmins (1891-1976); children:
  • Jack, b abt 1911; married 1934 Lorraine Elva de la Rosa ; children:
    • Jerry J Glunz, b 1936 California

  • Margaret, b abt 1918; did she marry John W Kennedy in 1938?
• Allan, b Dec 1892; d 2 Apr 1976; m Hazel Evelyn Moore (1894–1992); does not appear they had any children.

Can't find them in 1910.

In 1920, they lived on Balboa Street in San Francisco.

By 1930, they'd moved south along the peninsula to San Mateo, were there in 1940; Margaret died there in 1943; John died there in 1944.
