Mary was born in 1812. She was the daughter of William Grayshaw and Lucy Holmes.
Mary, aged 6, was Baptised on 6 October 1819 at St Peter (Bradford Cathedral), Yorkshire, England.
Mary Anne Grayshaw married William Luty on 27 November 1836 at St Peter, Bradford, Yorkshire, England.[1] [2]
The family landed at South Australia on the "Harry Lorrequer" in 1849.[3]

She passed away in 1875, aged 63 [5] and was buried at the Melbourne Cemetery, Victoria, Section I, Grave number 598, Religion C-E. [6] [7]
