William Luty was born in England.
William was born about 1814. Son of John and Matilda.
Mary Anne Grayshaw married William Luty on 27 November 1836 at St Peter, Bradford, Yorkshire, England.[1] [2]
On 6 June March 1841 the Luty family lived in Canal Tce, Manningham, Shipley, Yorkshire, England. [3] William Luty (26) Taylor & Mary Luty (28) Dress maker with Caroline Luty (3) & Joseph Luty (1).
The family landed at South Australia on the "Harry Lorrequer" in 1849.[4]
In 1856 the Luty family lived in Glasshouse, Collingwood, Victoria, Australia [5]
On 13 Feb 1867 the Luty family lived in Collingwood, Victoria, Australia. [6]
He passed away in 1876, aged 62 [7] and was buried at the Melbourne Cemetery, Victoria, Section I, Grave number 598, Religion: C-E. [8]

- Erected by her beloved sister in memory of Mary LUTY who died 21 Jan 1875, age 63 yrs also her beloved husband William LUTY who died 26 Feb 1876, age 62 yrs also their beloved daughter, Caroline who died 15 Jun 1886, age 49 yrs. Be ye also ready.
