Biography
Bridget was about 30 years old when she was convicted of stealing clothes from her employer Mrs Joyce .She was sentenced to 7 years and sent to Van Damien's Land she sailed from Dublin on the Maria ll ,she arrived on the 23/7/1849. She was 5 foot tall had grey eyes and sandy brown hair she could not read or write was a catholic and was a housemaid by trade.
