Biography
Aaron Griffith was born circa 1825 at Onondaga County, New York, USA. His mother had died about 1842 her name is unknown. He married Mary (--?--) circa 1844. He and Mary and their children appeared on the census of 24 Sep. 1850 in the household of his father, Cary Rogers Griffin, at Van Buren, Onondaga Co., New York.[1] He was a farmer when he and Mary appeared on the census of 11 June 1855 at Van Buren, Onondaga County, New York.[2] Aaron died on 3 April 1859 at Onondaga County, New York and was buried at Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville, Onondaga County, New York. His memorial lists his cause of death as consumption.[3]
Mary and their children lived in Van Buren in 1860.[4] By 1870 she had married a E.J. Williams and was living in Van Buren.[5]
