Biography
Henry Lewis Hall was born on July 28, 1842, in Virginia, his father, Joseph, was 28 and his mother, Sarah, was 25. He married Rebekah Briens Bess on September 26, 1866. They had 12 children in 20 years. He died on September 5, 1922, in Alderson, West Virginia, at the age of 80, and was buried there. It is written on Henry's death certificate that he passed away from Chronic Nephritis, a form of kidney inflammation usually secondary to another disease.
