Anna was born 23 Apr 1733 in Truro,^[1] She was the daughter of Nathaniel Harding and Hannah Young. Anna was christened 10 Jun 1733 in Truro, Barnstable, Mass. She passed away in 1794.

On April 2, 1793, in Truro, Joseph Cole Jr., of Eastham, married Anne Dyer, of Truro.^[2]
