Edmund Hardwick was born circa 1827, likely in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia[1]. His parents have not yet been confirmed, but he was likely a descendant of Henry Harwick
On March 15, 1854, he married Mary Eliza Hardwick in Annapolis[2].
Edmund Hardwick died in April 1871, at the age of 43, and was buried in the Garrison Graveyard in Annapolis Royal[4]
