Rosa was born in 1881. She was the daughter of William Harris and Lucinda Foley. She passed away in 1969.[1][2][3] Rosa Lee is buried at Korner's Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Flat Rock, Surry County, North Carolina.[4]
Birth Date Issues
Many of the sourced death certificates for Rosa Lee and her siblings record the wrong birth date. However, whether the informant was in error or the loss of birth records due to a courthouse fire caused the confusion, the best course of action is to use the date recorded on the majority of sources. In this case it is 1881. However, one source exists showing 1880 for birth: https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:X5DH-S5B. Judgement is ultimately left to the researcher.
