Paul Hebert is on the Wall of Names at the Acadian Memorial in St. Martinville, Louisiana. Listed with him is his wife, Marguerite Melanson, and their children: Anne, Ignace, Marie, Jean Baptiste, Amand, Marguerite and Paul. Also listed is an orpheline, Marie Blanchard.[1]

Ignace Hebert was born 6 Sep 1747. He was the son of Paul Hebert and Marguerite Melanson. He was baptized the day of his birth at Saint Charles des Mines, Grand-Pré, Acadia. His godparents were Ignace Hebert and Anne Melancon.[2]
