Harriet M Hembree [1] was born on June 21, 1853, in Georgia, the child of Elihu Hembree and Susan Stigler[2]. She married Barnwell Rhett DeVore on November 21, 1886, in Milton, Georgia[3]. She died on April 12, 1928, at the age of 74, and was buried in Alpharetta, Georgia[4].
