Biography
Following her graduation from Erskine College in 1909, Margaret taught at the Due West Female College (later part of Erskine College) before her marriage to W. C. Miller. She was the first female member of the Erskine College Board of Trustees. She and her husband were the first couple to jointly receive the Sullivan Award from Erskine.
