Biography
Cecil Columbus Hines son of Albert Hines and Rhoda Cox, was born on 7 March 1910 in Missouri.[1] He appeared on the census of 11 February 1920 in the home of his parents at Black Oak, Craighead County, Arkansas.[2] He appeared on the census of 15 April 1930 in the home of his brother at Beat 3, Sunflower County, Mississippi.[3]
He married Loretta Huntaman on 19 August 1938 at Cleburne County, Arkansas.[4]
He was a laborer at a saw mill when when he and Loretta appeared on the census of 3 April 1940 at Shirley, Van Buren County, Arkansas. They were listed next to this parents.[5]
He married Froney Jones White on 10 June 1944 at Heber Springs, Cleburne County, Arkansas.[6]
