John Hooley was baptised 22 February 1674 in Strelley, Nottinghamshire [1].
John Hooley lived in Lenton, Nottinghamshire, where he was father to at least five children and served as parish clerk in 1708, 1713, 1716, & 1717.
Note - Matthew and William, sons of the above, appear to have been baptised both at Lenton and at Derby St Alkmund's. This requires further investigation.
