DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships.
It is likely that these
autosomal DNA
test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Jesse:
Horn-8177 and Horn-4591 do not represent the same person because: My direct line ancestor Jesse Horn born 1783 PA - died 1852 Ripley, MO was not born in Virginia (Evidence: 1850 Ripley County Census shows that he was born in Pennsylvania; the Jesse Horn born 1829 Tennessee listed on that same census, confirmed that his father was born in Pennsylvania.) James Barton Horn is not his father (DNA, indicates no connection). His mother was not the wife of James Barton Horn. He was not married to Rachel Cherokee (upon reviewing the records with dates and places of that woman's children, indicates that Rachel was married to a different Horn that lived in KY and White County, Illinois). Also, there are indications that the parents of Joseph and Jacob Horn of Baxter County, Arkansas may be related to James Barton Horn and a son named Jesse who was born in South Carolina and die in Alabama. That would indicate that Jesse Horn b 1783 PA - d 1852 MO is not an ancestor of the profiles listed in Horn-4591. "The two profiles represent different people."
Horn-8177 and Horn-4591 appear to represent the same person because: Data Doctor - Clear duplicate. Born in Pennsylvania, per the 1850 census. No other source for birthplace, unless one can be provided.
