Biography
Born in Chester, Vermont 2 Feb 1850. [1] Married Fannie E. Ballard in Manchester, Vermont 24 July 1870.[2] They lived in Ludlow, where he was a harness maker.[3] He died in Ludlow 27 Feb 1904.
