Biography

Martha Hird, daughter of Thomas Hurdand his fourth wife, Mary Shaw, was baptised at St Peter in Leeds on 20 October 1791. [1]

Martha married Thomas Ellison on 15th October 1817 in the Parish Church of Leeds. [2] They appear in the 1851 Census at 19 Concord Street, Leeds [3]. The same address is listed as her abode in the Beckett Street Cemetery records.
