DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Elizabeth by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Elizabeth:

Isom-351 and Isham-1016 appear to represent the same person because: These names appear to be exact duplicates except for the place of birth. There is also the unlikelihood of two siblings with the same name and birthdate in one family. Another factor is the DNA match of 0.78% on both.
I'm not sure what an LNAB is but is it Last Name At Birth? That would be Isom . Apparently, there were more than one Elizabeth Huff and the two families have cris crossed.
There was an Elizabeth Isom born 1746 that was the daughter of Capt. John Gideon Isom and Rebecca Lucy Jones. She married Thomas Huff.
The Elizabeth Scruggs Huff 1736 found on Geni is ten years younger and married Lenard Huff. the source's are all here on the wiki under Isham sibling of William Charles Isham and on [https: www.familysearch.org]
