There appear to be two David Jacksons born Apr 1745 in Fairfield, CT: Jackson-3091 and Jackson-29728 . There are records showing David Jackson married different women (Mary Peck in 1771 and Priscilla Benedict in 1775) and had completely different families. Might these two David Jacksons be one and the same? Or are they actually two different people--in which case, which one's parents are actually David Jackson Sr. and Hannah Fairchild, and who are the parents of the other?
I agree that these are probably two different people, different spouses and different children; however, I haven't found definitive sources to prove it. I'm researching the children in the hopes of finding a sourced family line.
