Immetje Jacobs was a charter member of the Buurtjeskerk in Andijk in 1666.

There were several women who came from Bijdijk in Onderdijk whose father was named Jacob. Aef Jacobs married Luijtjen Cornelis in 1625; Et Jacobs married Jan Jacobsz in 1622; Trijn Jacobs married Louw Dircksz in 1621. Perhaps they were all sisters.^[1]

While raising her family Immetje would have lived in Zwaagdijk. After Heertien died, she must have gone to live with her daughter Ludow in Broekoort since she is on the Buurtjeskerk charter membership list in 1667. Ludow must have died soon before the new church opened (her husband is on the list by himself) and Immetje either lived with him or with some other older widows in the community (she's listed with Marij Pieters Mantel & Trijn Luytjes, 7 positions below her son-in-law).
