Biography
Fredrick Guin Jeffreys was born in 1883 at Avenel, Victoria, Australia. He was the sixth son of John Jeffreys and Margaret Broughton.[1]
Frederick Jeffreys died of disease at Natal during the Second Boer War.
He served in the Australian Army during the Second Boer War, as a member of the 4th Battalion, Australian Commonwealth Horse.[2] Frederick died of pyaemia at Pine Town Bridge, Natal, on 1st May 1902.
