Hello, I am Michael D. Johnson currently living in Sumter, South Carolina. My most distant connection is with Zopher Johnson my Grx4 Grandfather. He was born in 1787 in Virginia (I believe) I do not have any paper trail on his until 1810 when he was married to Elizabeth Romine in Loudoun County (Leesburg ?) , Virginia. I can find nothing for this family until 1820 in Ohio and then on to Henry County, Indiana after 1830.
I believe (no documents) his father was Joseph Johnston B. about 1755 son of Zopher Johnston B. abt 1700 Northern Ireland or Scotland.
My Paternal Lineage dead ends with Zopher Johnson B. 1787 D. 1844 Henry County, Indiana.
My Maternal Lineage dead ends with Sarah Jane Alexander Birth: 1845 - Vinton, Vinton, Ohio, United States. Death: Hartford City, Blackford County, Indiana, USA
