Annie Belinda Jones was born on March 15, 1869 in Tredegar, Mormonth, Wales to Thomas Jones (1829-1902) and Ann Walden (1829-1910). She was one of nine children born to this union. Her siblings were:

Annie passed away on January 5, 1879 at the age of nine from Diphtheria. She was buried at the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
