Thomas Judde was born in Wiltshire, England.
Thomas Judde the son of John Judde (name uncertain) was born about 1490 in at Hall House Cherborough, now known as Winterbourne Gunner, Wiltshire, England.
He had farms at Winterbourne Gunner and Winterbourne Dauntsey. He was a Churchwarden in 1524 at the age of 34 and in 1550 at the age of 60.
He married Edith about 1518 in Wiltshire. They had children, among whom was William, born about 1521.[1]
Thomas's Will was proved on 1st March 1554.

In the name of God Amen. The yere of ye Lord God 1554 the XX day of January. I Thomas Judde of the parish of Winterbourne Chyrborough weke in body, butt hole in mynd and of good remembrance do make my last wyll and testament in manner and forme following. Ffirst I bequeath my soule to Almighty God and my body to be buryed in the churche yard of Winterborne aforsaid. Item I bequeath to my sonne Wyllyam all my wheat in the field of Winterborne Dauntesye and to pay to Edmunde Wykewyke iij quarters barley the residue of my goods nonbequeathed I give and bequeath to Ede my wyfe whom I do make my sole executrix witness thereof Walter Crowthe, Wyllyam Lydes and others.
