Data from genealogist George Judd of Wiltshire suggests that (at least one) generation is missing between Thomas Judde (1490) and John Judde (1405). Name likely to be either John or Thomas and DOB ~1460.
This person also probably had another son, Andrew Judde. There should be no connection made to the Judde family of Kent, who are not related to the Wiltshire Judds.
Some trees have father as John Judde b abt 1405 New Sarum
In 1436 John Judde, 'carpynter', is mentioned as an alderman of Salisbury.
He is also known to have attended a council meeting in 1450.

And his paternal grandfather as John Judde b abt 1375 New Sarum, married Gillian Mercer abt 1840
He was present regularly at Salisbury council meetings from 1397.
"In the time of Walter Shirle [10 Henry IV] (1408?), [it was ordered] that there should be two chamberlains to receive the debts owed to the city, to pay the debts which the city owes, to repair houses, and to pay, meet, and discharge other charges on the city; and that there should be a comptroller for them; for this were elected as chamberlains John Becket and John Judde, and as their controller Thomas Rede, who were to account annually to the mayor and other auditors assigned to them."[1]
Elected as collector 8 Dec [....]
Elected King's coroner on 8 Jun 1412
Elected as coroner for the city on 25 Sep 1413
Elected mayor on 2 Nov 1417 [5 Henry V]
"Wilts.—Philip Butiller, of Wodehall, sued John Judde, of Salisbury, and another, for the manor of Salterton, which Henry le Notte, of Solihull, gave to Ralph le Butiller and Hawise, his wife, and the heirs of their bodies. De Banco. Mich. 2. Hen. 5. m. 121 dorso." [1414-1415][2]
John Judde (1375) is the earliest documented member of the Judd(e) family in Wiltshire. He lived at Salterton Manor.
He married Gillian Mercer and, according to email from family genealogist George Judd (1948-living) of Idmiston, Wilts. on 13 Apr 2019, was almost certainly the ancestor of Thomas Judde (1490-dec) of Winterbourne Gunner.
Data from genealogist George Judd of Wiltshire suggests that he had a second son, Robert Judde.

There is a Pedigree Resource File on Family Search which has John's wife as Lady Margaret Chiche 1462-1500 with the following children: Henry 1470; Oliver 1486-1500; Thomas 1490-1554, Sir Andrew 1492-1552; Andrew 1512-1586.
John's father is given as N N Judde born 1425 Tonbridge
N N's father isn't named but has a birth of 1390 Tonbridge
Lady Margaret Chiche's parents are given as Sir Valentine Chiche 1430-1462 Goodneston Manor, Kent and Lady Phillipa Chichley 1430-1463 from Tunbridge
The Chiche line goes back a couple more generations
This is unlikely. Profiles exist for John and Lady Margaret and their children, there seems to be no connection to Wiltshire. In particular son Thomas Judde-26 was born in Kent, worked for the King and had property in Essex and Kent.
