Malinda Emma "Linnie" Keene was born in 1866^[1] in New Brunswick, Canada. She was the daughter of William Keene and Margaret Jackson. She was the eldest child of 8 children.

In the 1870 census Malinde (age 4), she was in Her parent's home, in Dyer, Washington, Maine.^[2]

She married William H. Morrison on 5 April 1884 in Vermont, United States.^[3]
