Biography
Bathshua was born in 1721. She was the daughter of Bathshua Beebe and William King. Like her mother, she was also known by Bathsheba.
Bathshua was married at Southold, New York to George Sheffield of New London, Connecticut, December 16, 1742. Five sons are listed in New London Vital Records as their children. The New York Genealogical and Biographical Record lists Bathshua Sheffield in his deeds. Also listed are son, James King and daughter Hannah Baxter.
