Biography
When David Henry Kitchens was born on December 31, 1898, in Georgia, his father, Jim, was 47 and his mother, Sarah, was 36. He had one brother and two sisters. He died as a teenager on July 31, 1917, and was buried in Danville, Georgia.[1]
