Samuel was a son of Daniel Kuehner, Jr. and Julia Lorah. [1]
Samuel served as a private with the 81st Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, Company K (Civil War). [2] Veterans Pension Payment Card gives death date. [3]
He married 1) Fiette (Fyetta) Glose (Clouse, Close) and had 5 children. [4] Daughter Mary A. Kuehner born 1879 married John O. Williams in 1902 in Slatington, Lehigh, PA. [5]
Samuel married 2) Catherine Meckes.
Find A Grave says Catherine Meckes 1861-1921, married August 20, 1886 St. John’s (Upper) Church, Mauch Chunk, PA. [6]
