Disclaimer

There seems to be a large discrepancy as to how many children Hulda and Robert had. No two sources I've found seem to agree. There seems to be a lot of confusion between this Robert (son of John) and Robert Majors/Magers of Virginia (son of Thomas, married to Millie). I've tried to sort it out as best I can, and document as well as possible, but please accept that there may be inaccuracies.

Biography

Huldah Ladd^[1] was born 14 Mar 1761 Stokes Co., NC^[2][3][4] or 1 Oct 1764 in Stokes or Surry County, North Carolina, to Noble Ladd and Judith (Dameron) Ladd.

She married Rev. Robert Howell Majors Jr. on July 26, 1781, in Stokes County, North Carolina. They had probably eleven children.

She died 29 Mar 1849 Bedford Co., TN^[5][6] and buried Bell Buckle, Bedford Co., TN^[7][8] or January 24, 1845, in Bedford County, Tennessee, and is buried in The Old Salem Cemetery, one mile from Bell Buckle, Tennessee.
