William Hill Lamon was the son of John Willliam Lamon and Mariah Ellen Maslin. Wm and Mariah were 1st cousins. They married May 26, 1857.
John's parents were George Lamon, Jr and Elizabeth Ward. Parents of George were George Lamon (Lemmon, Lemon), and Mary McDonald.
Mariah's parents were Anna (Aurrie) Lamon and Joseph Maslin. Her parents were George and Mary Lamon.
John Wm Lamon was a brother of Ward Hill Lamon who was associated with Abraham Lincoln.
