Bessie M Lapham married Benjamin C Kennedy 04 Sep 1924 in Cuyahoga, Ohio. She was 41, born in Ohio, the daughter of Owen T Lapham & Mary H Hird. (Note her address is given as Hird Ave on the license). It was her first marriage. Benjamin was 56, born in North Carolina, the son of Joseph Kennedy & Caroline Spencer. It was his third marriage, he was widowed from the first, then divorced in 1920 in Indianapolis Indiana. [2]
Bessie M. Lapham Kennedy was born 12 Nov 1882 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio and died in Sep 1968 (aged 85) in Braden Castle, Manatee County, Florida. She was buried in the Manasota Memorial Park in Bradenton.
