Thomas Lawson was born on 10 February 1823 at Veteran's Hall, Prospect, New South Wales, Australia. He was the fourth surviving and youngest son of Lieutenant William Lawson, noted explorer and Veteran's Corps officer, and Sarah Leadbeater, a time-expired convict.
He passed away on 25 February 1823, aged 15 days. [1]
