Ida May Leslie was born September 12, 1863[1], the daughter of James Henry Leslie and Mary Elizabeth Wolfe of Liverpool, Nova Scotia[2]
On July 10, 1889, she married James Stedman Gardner was born July 12, 1864, the son of James Freeman Gardner and Miriam McLeod of Brooklyn, NS[2], and they had children[3], including:
James Collins, born September 1900[3], who married Minnie Winters[5], and who died in 1948[6]
Prescott Leon, born October 27, 1904[3], who married Muriel Elliott[7], and who died in 1963[8]
Ida May (Leslie) Gardner died February 1, 1950 in Liverpool, NS[9]
