Carol (Lias) Mandera is the descendant of Palatine migrants.

Carol Lynn Lias was born 1 Nov 1954 at Sewickley Valley Hospital, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, USA. Her father was David Otto Lias. Her mother was Gladys June Wolff.
