Biography
Owen was born in October 1952. Owen Lindsay was born in the Lacombe Hospital. The youngest of his siblings. The family lived on 160 acres in Lacombe County, between Bashaw and Mirror, Alberta. After the passing of his Father in 1959, they moved into Bashaw, then to Ponoka in 1964. Owen worked as a Municipal policeman for a few years then became involved in emergency medicine. Graduated from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in November 1981. He and his wife operated the ambulance services for communities of Lacombe, Ponoka, Bashaw and Rimbey over the years. They lived in Calgary from 1997 until present. [1]
