Junelle was born in 1894. She was the daughter of Paul Livingston and Rachel Livingston. She married Dempsey Govan Jeffcoat (1889-1940). They had 3 known children. Living in Lexington, SC, it is here she passed away in 1971. She is buried at the Ebenezer United Methodist Church & Cemetery.
