He married Elizabeth Otis Allyne, widow of Thomas Allyne on January 20, 1699.[1]
He died on July 27, 1752 in Hingham, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay at the residence of his son, Solomon.[1] He is buried at High Street Cemetery in Hingham.[2]
