Biography

Robert was born about 1817. He was the son of Robert Lowe and Sarah Hardey. On 27 Apr 1840 at the Cathedral in Manchester, Lancashire, England, he married Elizabeth "Betty" Higginbothom. They had four known children. Living in Lancashire throughout his life, it is here he passed away in 1908. It is unknown where he is buried.

2. Hannah b. 1844 - d. 1891, never married, died as an "inmate" in the Stourbridge Union Workhouse in Staffordshire
