Biography
Jane was born in 1856. Jane Lowe / Low was the daughter of Thomas (Lowe) Low (1824-1890) and Mary Reikie (Way) Low (1828-1901). In 1880 she married Harry BELLINGHAM and they had 10 children. She passed away in 1935. [1]
