Isabella Macoone, daughter of John MacCoone (b. abt 1630 in Scotland) and his wife Mary, was born in 1670 in Westerly, Providence Plantations. [1][2]
Isabella was wed to Edward Bliven on 31 October 1691 [3] or on 2 October 1691 [4] in Westerly, Rhode Island.
Isabella and Edward had the following children:
Jane (Bliven) Clarke;
Edward Bliven;
Rachel (Bliven) Saunders;
James Bliven;
John Bliven.
Isabella Bliven is mentioned in her deceased husband's will proved on 30 April 1718. [5]
Isabella Macoone Bliven died in 1753 in Westerly, Kings county, Rhode Island. [6][7][8]
Her will is dated 14 October 1742 and proved on 28 May 1753 in Westerly, Rhode Island.[9] She mentions her daughter Jane Clark, her son Edward Bliven, her daughter, Rachel Saunders, her daughter-in-law Mercy Bliven, her granddaughter Mercy Bliven, and her son James. Her inventory was taken on 28 May 1753.[9]
