Luc Marsan was born on 29 June 1789, baptized on the 30th in Terrebonne (St-Louis-de-France), son of Luc Marsan and of Marie Suzanne Locat[1]
Luc Marsan married Marguerite Bissonnet, daughter of the late Joseph Bissonnet and of the late Marguerite Bélanger, on 26 November 1810 in Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, île Jésus.[2]
