Martin (age 34, born Indiana), and their Martin children, all born in Indiana (age, sex): i) Marion M. (9, M), ii) James W. (7, M), iii) Emma O. (4, F), iv) Rufus Martin (2, M); also in the household were Sarah Mavity (age 68, born Kentucky) and Michael Mavity (age 26, born Indiana). John's occupation was a farmer; he owned real estate valued at $3000, and personal estate valued at $300.

Elizabeth Martin (age 40, born Indiana) was living in Paoli Township, Orange County, Indiana in the household of her husband, John Martin (age 45, born Indiana), with their Martin children, all born in Indiana (age, sex): i) Marion (17, M), ii) James (15, M), iii) Oliver (13, M), iv) Rufus (11, M), v) Oscar (9, M), vi) Samuel E. (7, M), vii) Sarah F. (6, F); also in the household were Sarah Mavity (age 71, born Kentucky) and Michael Mavity (age 35, born Kentucky). John's occupation was a farmer.

Elizabeth Martin (age 51, born Indiana) was living in Paoli Township, Orange County, Indiana in the household of her husband, John H. Martin (age 56, born Indiana), and their Martin children, all born in Indiana (age, sex): i) Oliver P. (24, M), ii) John O. (19, M), iii) Samuel E. (16, M), iv) Sarah F. (13, F). John's occupation was a carpenter.
Elizabeth (Mavity) Martin died on 23 Mar 1893 in Indiana.[7][2]
