Biography
Robert Lee McLendon, Jr. was born on April 6, 1912, in De Funiak Springs, Walton, Florida, United States, son of Robert Lee McLendon (1881-1969) and Sarah Young (1883-1964).
Robert (age 22) married Ola E. Hinson (age 23); daughter of Oscar Elton Hinson and Florence Greenwood Worthington; on August 4, 1934, in Bonifay, Holmes, Florida, United States.[1] They had the following child:

Robert died on April 26, 1991, in Chipley, Washington, Florida, United States, aged 79.[2] He was buried in Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, Hinsons Crossroads, Washington County, Florida.[3]
