Biography
Jean was born in 1836. She was the daughter of John McMillan and Mary Picken. [1]
She came to the United States in 1868 with her sister, Mary. [2]
She married John McDougall in 1869. [3]
They farmed in Burritt, Illinois. [4]
They had no children. Her husband passed away in 1910. In 1920 most of her family had passed away and she killed herself by taking poison. [5]
