Biography

Benjamin Michaud, son of the late François Michaud and Marie Dionne of the parish of Sainte-Anne, and Marie Chassey, daughter of the late Sébastien Chassey and Elisabeth Grandmaitre, were married 21 Nov 1746 in the parish of Saint-Louis-de-Kamouraska, Saint-Louis-de-Kamouraska, Canada, Nouvelle-France. Present at the marriage were Pierre Michaud paternal uncle of the groom, Jean Baptiste and Augustin Dionne maternal uncles of the bride, Pierre Michaud son, Jean Blouin and others. [1]
