Keith Milligan is Notable.
Keith Wayne Milligan was briefly the premier of Prince Edward Island, Canada, in 1996 before his party lost the election that year.
The son of Charles Milligan and Reby Hazal, he was born and baptized in 1950 in Prince Edward Island.[1] He is married to Deborah Foley; they have three children.
He was first elected to the Legislative Assembly of P.E.I. in 1981 as a Liberal and was re-elected in 1982, 1986, 1989, 1993 and 1996. In the 2008 federal election, he ran as a Liberal candidate in the riding of Egmont, losing narrowly to the Conservative candidate. Since then, as a former elk farmer, silver fox rancher and teacher, he has been involved with various organizations and boards.
He is mentioned in the obituary of his mother.[2]
