Frederick Curtis Gordon Moorhouse was born in 1895 in New Zealand. He was the only child of Frederick Moorhouse and Margaret Gordon. [1] His mother passed away in 1898. His father married again in 1904 and provided Frederick with a sister and two brothers, Frank, Sylvia and Leslie, before passing away himself in 1909.
He migrated to New South Wales, Australia.
Aged about 59 years, he passed away in 1954 in Marrickville, New South Wales. [2]
