Biography

Robert Moseley was born in 1700 in Bristol Parish, Henrico County, Virginia, son of Arthur Moseley Jr., and Sarah Hancock[1].

He married Sarah Taylor about 1720, in Henrico County.

Robert owned land at the head of Proctor's Creek, and also on Crooked Branch, and he inherited 275 acres on Spring Run. He lived on the James River on the north side at the mouth of Cornelius' Two Mile Creek.

He died in that part of Henrico County which became part of Chesterfield Co.
